Thermos Ready Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup silken tofu
PREPARATION
Combine berries, banana, apple juice and tofu in a blender; blend until smooth.
